NOTE: Engine RPM required to maintain a constant speed is proportional to the amount of throttle opening. A slower RPM reading indicated a reduction in back pressure.

Irontuff mufflers normally run from 4 to 6 years even under the most adverse conditions. We have documented cases where people have gotten up to 4 MPG increases. It isn't at all unusual to get 2 or 3 MPG increases.

Not saying anything about the power and performance increase. So even the most expensive Irontuff muffler should pay for itself over the life of the muffler, in most cases sooner, even with a mere 1 MPG increase. Plus you get the benefit of increased power and performance.
